GOLD PROGRAM

$100 Initial Set-Up Fee

Includes everything in the SILVER PROGRAM and the following:

  • Unlimited communication initiated by the athlete via e-mail and weekly phone call
  • Workouts are sent in one-to-four week blocks, based on the athlete’s preference
  • Coach feedback on Key Workouts
  • Course Specific Strategy for upcoming races
  • We recommend a Heart Rate Monitor, GPS or Power Meter at this level of coaching

PLATINUM PROGRAM
$375/mo

$100 Initial Set-Up Fee

Includes everything in the GOLD PROGRAM and the following:

  • Detailed race plan including pacing, nutrition, Power, and Heart Rate strategy
  • One-on-One coaching for 3 workouts per week (swim, bike, run)
  • One-on-One coaching for testing

Sports Nutrition Plans:

  • In-house Registered Dietitian specializes in Sports Nutrition & endurance events.
  • Packages range from Weight Management to sports nutrition based on clients sports.
  • Nutrition packages can be added to any sports training plan.
  • Combo packages are already available to get you started with your training & nutrition.
  • Plans include consultations, follow up by email / phone and in person, education materials, recipes and more.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PLANS

  • Plans are every two weeks or four weeks – based on athlete’s preference
  • Plans are sent via e-mail

ALL PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

  • One-on-one meet and greet to go over goals, past training, athletic history.
  • Movement screens & fitness assessment
  • Dynamic warm-up, drills, main set with goals, cool down, flexibility drills
  • Testing for swimming / cycling / running / strength training to establish intensities & track progress.
  • Custom plan based on tests, goals and specific sport. Your plan will be adjusted and adapted as you progress so that you are constantly improving.
