PROFESSIONAL SPORTS NUTRITION

  • Weekly appointments (30-min) with in house dietitian to cover fueling, hydration, recovery nutrition and more.
  • Sports nutrition is tailored to each clients needs/goals.
  • Weekly emails with your sports nutritionist.

RACE WEIGHT PROGRAM

  • 2 one-hour appointments (dietary assessment, analysis, planning & goal setting).
  • 11 (30-min weekly) one-on-one sessions to ensure weight management goals while assessing dietary/ sports specific fueling & hydration needs.
  • Weekly emails with your sports nutritionist.
