We offer comprehensive and detailed training plans that are designed to prepare you for your next event.

 

PLUS….. all training plans now include a Strength & Conditioning plan to get you stronger and faster. Our strength plans are accessed through our app which includes exercise instructions, video demonstrations, reps, sets, weight, and will take you through the different strength phases. This is done so you’re always progressing and your adaptations are transferring to your sport.

 

We provide training programs, sports nutrition and coaching services for Running, Triathlon’s, Cycling, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Functional Fitness. From first-time participants training for their first race, to those who are looking to improve their current sport or wanting to take on a second sport, we at Rogue Tri Performance will build a plan to fit your goals.

Every athlete whether your new to a sport or a 2x Ironman needs a coach to help them improve, bust through plateaus, teach advanced training techniques, and hold athletes accountable. Professionals have coaches, high schoolers have coaches, and even coaches have coaches. Don’t second guess your training — get it done right the first time.

Your training plans will be customized just for you, and will be updated based on your test results throughout the program. This ensures you are always progressing.
